The B Size V Belt B136 is a robust and reliable power transmission belt essential for various agricultural applications. Manufactured with high-grade materials, this V-belt ensures efficient power transfer from the engine to different components of your farm machinery, such as threshers, cultivators, and water pumps. Its B-size profile is standard for many heavy-duty agricultural machines, providing a secure fit and reducing slippage. Key features include anti-static properties to prevent electrical discharge, oil resistance for longevity in challenging environments, and heat resistance to withstand high operating temperatures, ensuring consistent performance even under demanding conditions. This belt is engineered for extended service life, reducing downtime and maintenance costs for farmers across Pakistan.
Ensure the V-belt is correctly tensioned according to your machinery's manufacturer specifications. Regularly inspect the belt for signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace immediately if any damage is observed to prevent machinery breakdown. Clean pulleys before installation. Avoid over-tensioning, which can reduce belt life and damage bearings. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals.
Always ensure machinery is turned off and locked out before attempting to install or replace V-belts. Wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves and eye protection. Do not operate machinery with a damaged or improperly installed belt. Consult your equipment manual for specific installation instructions and safety precautions.
When purchasing a V-belt, it is crucial to match the size (e.g., B-size) and length (e.g., B136) precisely to your existing belt or machinery specifications. Check your equipment's manual for the correct belt dimensions. Consider the operating environment; for agricultural use, belts with anti-static, oil, and heat resistance are highly recommended for longevity and performance. Always buy from reputable suppliers like Agricart to ensure genuine and high-quality products.
