The A Size V Belt Korea A68 is a premium power transmission belt engineered for demanding agricultural applications. Manufactured with advanced heavy-duty technology from Korea, this V-belt ensures superior performance and longevity. Its A-68 designation indicates its specific size and length, making it compatible with a wide range of farm equipment. Key features include anti-static properties, which prevent the buildup of static electricity that can interfere with machinery or pose safety risks. Furthermore, it is highly resistant to oil and heat, common challenges in agricultural environments, ensuring consistent operation even under harsh conditions. This belt is an essential component for efficient power transfer in tractors, threshers, water pumps, and other agricultural machinery, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Ensure the V-belt is correctly tensioned according to your machinery's specifications. Regularly inspect for wear, cracks, or damage and replace if necessary. Avoid over-tensioning, which can lead to premature belt and bearing failure. Clean pulleys before installation to ensure optimal grip. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals.
Do not operate machinery with a damaged or worn V-belt. Incorrect installation or tensioning can lead to premature failure and potential machinery damage. Always follow manufacturer's guidelines for belt replacement and maintenance. Keep away from children.
When selecting a V-belt, ensure the size (e.g., A-size) and length (e.g., A68) match your equipment's requirements. Consider the operating environment; this Korean-made belt offers excellent resistance to oil and heat, making it suitable for tough agricultural use. Always check the quality and brand reputation for reliability. For optimal performance, it's recommended to replace all belts in a multi-belt drive system simultaneously.
V-belts of vulcanized rubber, trapezoidal cross-section, for power transmission. Ensure proper classification and declaration for customs clearance.
Import regulations for industrial and agricultural machinery parts apply. May require specific certifications for quality and origin. Check current import duties and taxes for Pakistan.
Standard export procedures for industrial rubber products. Ensure proper packaging and documentation for international shipping. Compliance with destination country's import regulations is essential.

Fienex V Belts hold a neutral standing in the Pakistani agricultural market, earning an Agricart overall score of 6/10. The brand consistently delivers satisfactory product quality, value for money, durability, and performance, making it a reliable choice for standard applications. Its market reputation, spare parts availability, brand reliability, and product availability are all acceptable, though not outstanding. The primary area requiring significant attention is warranty and after-sales support, which currently needs substantial improvement to meet customer expectations. For farmers and retailers seeking a cost-effective solution for everyday needs, Fienex offers a fair option, but those prioritizing robust after-sales service might need to consider alternatives.
