Popular Solvent Cement is an essential adhesive for all your PVC and uPVC piping needs. Designed for robust and permanent connections, this solvent cement creates a chemical bond between pipes and fittings, effectively fusing them into a single, strong unit. Ideal for irrigation systems, drainage, and general plumbing in agricultural settings, it provides excellent resistance to water pressure and environmental factors. Available in convenient 118ml packaging, it's easy to apply and ensures a quick, secure bond, making your pipe installations durable and leak-free.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease. Apply a generous, even coat of solvent cement to both the pipe end and the inside of the fitting. Immediately insert the pipe into the fitting with a quarter turn until it reaches the stop. Hold firmly for 30 seconds to allow initial bonding. Allow 30 minutes for handling and 24 hours for full cure before pressurizing the system. Do not dilute.
